When my granddaughter was visiting, I took her and her friend bowling. It was a Sunday morning and very few people were there. We got our shoes, chose our bowling balls, and started in. We had been there about an hour. Everyone else had left, and we were alone. Some lovely music came over the speakers. I turned around and there were the two of them twirling and dancing from one lane to another. I watched, entranced. They were so beautifully engrossed in the moment, so full of joy and oblivious to what was around them. I have no idea how long they danced. When the music stopped, they stopped dancing and resumed their bowling.
I thought "Why not dance in the bowling alley?" I wish I had joined them.....
